I like the end result, but I did not expect that I will have to sew, if you do not know how to sew, it will take time and think about it. Mine didn't turn out as perfect as the picture shows, but good enough to protect the shift.

I've never held a thread and needle together. I ordered this to add a leather feel to the gear knob in my car. When it arrived I read the instructions and followed the pictures (the instructions aren't the best).
