I really like this

Thanks to the person or people who designed this! It's super convenient and practical. Jumping from the neck/shoulder straps to this one and then back to the neck/shoulder straps is very convenient. It frees. Good quality materials. Leather is leather and the magnetic strap makes it easy to wear on your wrist should you decide to switch back to a neck or shoulder strap. Pros Looks classy Quality Light weight Comes with extras Cons The magnet could be stronger, I've noticed that it sometimes…

Looks good, ideal for lighter cameras and capture

Ideal for lighter cameras, but since the carriage is closest to the wrist for the weight of the camera, it can easily become too tight on the wrist and does not come off easily. I think for something like the lx100 that would be perfect, but the Fuji x100 is probably out of the range that I'd be really comfortable with. I use it in conjunction with their larger, heavier camera capture device and it works well as long as I remember it can be very snug in my hand. Bracelet magnet could be…

Nice product, innovative design, stick to Revain for service

Revain delivered quickly. I love the look of the redesigned ash cuff. I think I like the magnet but haven't tested it yet. The old belt clip design is definitely more secure when not attached to the camera. If you are really active then the old theme might be the best choice for you. Since I liked the look of the Ash Cuff, I then ordered the right leash directly from Peak Design via the Peak website. I received an email confirming my PayPal payment and then another email from Peak saying the…

It's very difficult to get up and down without lowering the camera.

Let me start by saying that I own several Peak Design products and have always been impressed with their quality and design. However, I am very disappointed with this. The hinge doesn't stay open enough for me to slip my hand in without lowering the camera and opening it with both hands. Once put on, it tightens around my wrist and cannot be removed without lowering the camera and using my other hand. I prefer the old model where you could adjust the size of the buttonhole so it was easy to put

Great camera strap for the money!

I love this strap! I tried the Peak Design Clutch, thinking it would be a convenient and quick hand strap for my Sony A6000, but it turned out to be too bulky and large. I ended up looking at many other straps and settled on the Peak Design Cuff because it is so simple and easy to attach to my camera without worrying about it falling off. It took me a while to figure out how easy it is to put the bracelet on and off. I have a habit of just tugging on the strap hoping it will loosen, but you…

Peak Design at its best

Peak Design has some of the best cameras you will find anywhere. The Sony RX100M7 and this product work well for this purpose - except the loop goes through the small strap mounts on the camera. The quick release connection makes it easy to attach or detach the camera from the strap and when not in use the hand strap features a magnet inside the strap to allow the flapping part of the strap to be hidden so it can be carried. like a bracelet. The hand strap is adjustable, grips firmly and uses…

Do you hate collars? Try this strap.

My photography teacher was shocked to see I never use a camera strap. She insisted I use it because she's seen what can happen to expensive photo gear if it falls. I get it but hate how the camera straps feel around my neck! When off my neck, the dangling objects get in the way when I try to shoot. So I bought this 'Cuff' bracelet from Peak Design instead. The only thing connected to the camera is a small loop of cable. little thing with a red plastic round bat. The "cuff" strap wraps around my

Step back into binocular, camera and camcorder straps

I have an older version of this innovative strap. Thinking I had lost it because of the upcoming trip, I ordered a new model. I will probably return it. The good news is that the strap is attractive enough (compared to its predecessor) to keep your camera secure. I like to carry my DSLR in the Peak Camera Clip while walking and then clip it on when I'm actually shooting. You can lean right over this bridge and the cuff will cover your back. Absolutely bad, what were you thinking? A new feature…

Ideal. Nearly. for bags and cases

So it really works exactly as described, it's a hand strap and it looks great to boot, what else do you need? Well, I have to mention a couple of the downsides that are the most disappointing, but there you go. Firstly, it doubles as a wristband of sorts so you essentially remove it from the quick release (which is great btw) and then just wrap the wristband around your wrist again, then a small magnet holds it in place creating an easy to wear one Strap that eliminates the need to remove it…
