This is a good shirt with an athletic cut that looks great if you're comfortable with a slim fit. I wore it with a tank top but the fabric feels good and the shirt looks nice either zipped up or partially unzipped. It wicks moisture away from the skin and the wool blend feels warmer than pure polyester.

This merino wool sweater was a great addition to my winter wardrobe. It's light, comfortable and warm. This is a very slim fitting shirt. The fabric is also thin, making it more of a layering piece for the colder months than an outer layer that looks weird with a quarter zip. In any case, the fabric is not bad, not very stretchy and tight. If you want to layer your clothes, which you'd love to do in most winter climates, be sure to go up a size. This went to a 14 year old boy who normally wears medium sized clothes although the adult liked the look of the fabric but was uncomfortable wearing it.

Not as itchy as wool, but more itchy than many other merino wool products we've worn. My husband says he notices scratching but it doesn't bother him; Someone with sensitive skin will likely find it too itchy. On my skinny 6ft 2in husband this looks very attractive. It's not baggy or tight, and the color is attractive (IMHO). Good for training in cold weather as it breathes well. But that's JustMe.

It's well made, quality construction. The material is a little rougher/spiky than some of the other similar pieces I own, but overall I'm happy with the upper.

I have to say that the shirt is good. But it stinks like wet dog/lamb. Worst of all, the shirt was covered in heavy cheap perfume to mask the smell of sheep. I had to apply a TIO2 coating and put the shirt through a 5x steamer to first get rid of the perfume smell and then reduce the sheep smell to zero. BUT that smell gently returns after wearing once. I hope this smell will go away after a few uses. I have to say that the cost of the odor treatment is higher than the cost of the shirt. Ha ha.

I like the versatility of this shirt. It can be used for gym or outdoor running in 45 degree weather. It wasn't warm outside but I ran in 60 degrees and it's still great.
