Lovely pet memorial frame but after removing the backing and sticking a photo and my dog's name and dates in the background of the frame I noticed 2 long tears on the back of the frame. As I have already stamped my dogs birth and death dates on it I cannot return it for a replacement. I didn't notice the cracks until I reassembled the frame after putting the painting in place. Unsatisfied!

Bought this for my fiancee's dog who died suddenly and I have to say it was the best purchase ever I have ever done to honor her memory. ❤️ It was a German shepherd, her collar was quite big and fit perfectly in the box! The frame is sturdy. The window size is **slightly** smaller than 4x6, but I fixed this by pasting the photo onto a piece of cardboard so there is no empty space (see photo). It has a hanging hook on the back which I think is pretty cool. I bought one for the large collar and I know some people have mentioned that it comes with a paw print kit? I didn't have it (and that's okay, I had a gift from the vet). I would definitely buy this again.

The frame looks great and does the job. However, the frame arrived broken (see photo). The wood itself is very fragile, the front glass is also quite thin. You will need an extra mount behind your photo if you want to use 4x6 printing. Be prepared to receive a broken product if you order this frame as it has little to no shipping protection other than a very thin piece of foam. 3 out of 5
