🏊 Pearl Izumi Pro Men's Tri Short Review

Based on our own experience, the Pearl IZUMi shorts are subpar. While the material feels durable, the fit is awkward and uncomfortable. The seam placement caused irritation and chafing during our triathlon. It's unfortunate, considering the price point is not budget-friendly.

Nice advertisement for professional jersey shorts but I found them to be disappointing in quality, style and construction. The picture looks better.

I bought these shorts to use as a second pair of shorts to alternate the days between training sessions between a trisuit and these shorts. I immediately liked the flexibility of being able to take a break in nature without having to take off the entire jersey. Suede is the perfect size. This makes riding feel natural and doesn't feel like walking in a wet diaper while running. The material dries quickly from swimming and helps in almost all areas that normally chafe.
