I'd give this a 5 if I could understand the deal. There are times when it works well, and when it does, it does its job perfectly. Excellent work. The problem is that it only eats batteries. Callus rollers are of poor quality and need to be constantly replaced. You are very wasteful. The bottom of the product (where the batteries are kept) is confusing to use as you can't tell if it's latched or not and after my third use of the product the bottom went completely OFF leaving part of the battery holder section with it . Other than that, the roller is effective - it gently removes calluses without strain or pain, just make sure you do this when your feet are dry and then moisturize.
