This is a great product - save me as I have mallet fingers touching my pinky and next medium works for me. I stick one of these between the two toes on both feet and then I'm fine. I mean the difference is like the difference between life and death. I'm limp in pain without them and with them, well now in early April I'm going 5-8 miles a day on my solo walks. I'm hoping to prevent my big toe from moving further into my second toe after bunion surgery. I really like these toe separators and hope they do the job. The gel that makes up this product is so comfortable I forget I'm wearing it. They also offer some relief from big toe pain. I wear them vertically so there is more room between my thumb and second toe, but they can also be worn horizontally for less space. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it needs thick socks to keep it in place;
