very very very thin! This works perfectly for me. It's so thin that some settings won't work with this mount. If the cables are hanging outside the wall, for example, there is a chance that the bracket will not work. I recommend this, but not if your wires are outside the wall.

Very good bracket and one of the thinnest I've ever used to wall mount a TV. This Panasonic GT30 Series plasma panel mount makes your TV look like it's bolted directly to the wall. Very good for placing the TV as close to the wall as possible so that the projection screen runs in front of it. The bracket is very strong and secure when a TV is mounted on it (even with my heavier plasma).

Overall a great mount for Toshiba's new 46" Slim TV. I was able to get to all the connections by sliding the TV into the Hinges turned. I ended up having to detach the TV from the foldable wall mount to get to all the connections. Once installed, the profile sticks very firmly to the wall. This is a pretty good mount that needs to come with longer spacers and screws to get a full 5 star rating. Like many other reviewers, the only way to get a clean wireless installed TV look is to have your power plug and inputs on the side and enough recessed outlets in the wall behind the TV. Otherwise your TV will not sit flat against the wall. I installed an older 50" plasma model which was quite heavy and seems rock hard.

This item is slim. Almost too thin. My TV's plug pushes the TV out even when the outlet is recessed because the mount is so thin. I was supposed to go with flexible arms, but the boss (aka wife) said she wanted the smallest possible profile. I have to move the socket further into the wall.
