As thin as possible.

Very strong and thin. There is some slack in the tilt if you need to connect or disconnect cables, but I would suggest connecting everything before installing. So it's definitely a 2-3 person job when mounting on the wall. The locking lever was a little tricky to insert but overall this is a great product for the price. I probably saved about $10. Better than nothing.

Did exactly what it says

Does exactly what Revain says (but the back of the TV needs to be FLAT or you need to adjust the spacers (which are included). (if, like mine Panasonic LED/LCD, your speakers only protrude half an inch from behind the tv. Simply and securely mount to wall studs if your tv is light enough to hammer in. So very secure.) Make sure you don't really want to tilt or swivel, and then this mount is delightfully thin.

Great mount. Very thin, you can't even see them. Works great with a flat 65" LED TV like mine. I attached it to my metal studs with 4 sheet metal screws and a couple of washers and it was able to hold my 50lb TV. The only downside is how the slide lever works to lock the bolts in place. I finally got it working by fumbling for about half an hour. The metal of the sliding arm bends easily and quickly loses its shape when you try to insert it - when the TV is attached it's difficult to see if the

Nice mount but installation problem

Don't underestimate the subtlety of this mount. If you're planning to hide the cords behind your TV, you'll need to plan very carefully where the cords come out of the wall. I swapped out my TV using this bracket and the location of the outlet and cord entry was not ideal. This mount doesn't have enough room to run a standard HDMI cable between the wall and the TV. You'll need to drill holes in the wall near the TV's inputs for it to work. Unlike other mounts, there is no vertical adjustment…

So thin! for ceiling and wall mounts for tv

I used this super thin wall mount on a 75 inch Sony TV which is very thin making the "thinness" of my TV even thinner/ mount looks better. It's hard to put into words, but it looks amazing. I was a little nervous installing 75 to the TV using only the top two screws. It works like this: you use the top two holes on the back of the TV with the included screws, which are then hung from a wall plate, so no typical fasteners attach to the TV, just screws. The lower part is only against the wall…
