Peg Perego 12V Quick Charger Review

About 2 hours drive. My 3 year old grandson knows it's time to charge. The connection is tight, otherwise he could have done it himself. Simple, easy and fast. Worth the price, cuts loading time in half or more.

Fast full charge to get my kids back and terrorize the neighborhood! Charges the battery in about 2 hours, leaving you to feed the little ones and tidy their room until the battery runs out in no time.

Our new battery, bought as a backup after the barely a year old battery seemed quite sluggish, was COMPLETELY drained as a result. As a result, the power of the wheels is 110% burned in. My neighbor was lucky enough to find a brand of motorbikes on the side of the road and the batteries stay charged much longer and have a lot more speed/power. Hence the original name, Power Wheels, I believe. Of course she changed the batteries (a year ago).

Works as described, which is no longer a matter of course these days. It fully charged a completely dead 12V 12Ah battery in four hours, which I thought was a good performance. The charger got warm but not too hot. Seems well done. The charger that came with the tractor is dead, so let's hope this bigger charger lasts long into the future. I don't like it (deducted a star for the low price), but I wholeheartedly recommend it.

So far, so good. Seems to be working fine. I wish it would notify you when the loading is complete. I have a slight buzz when using it, but not very noticeable.
