Easy to use and easy to clean

Love it. I bought it because it's so cute, but I use it all the time - it turns out to be really useful. Useful and cute - what a treat!

Slippery yolk on egg separators

The yolk of large and especially oversized eggs oozes through injections, some of which is lost and becomes unusable. I believe it works best with eggs with a lower yolk.

Nice Little Gadget: Specialty Tools and Gadgets

This is an amazing little tool and it works great. I set it on a short drinking glass and crack an egg into it. The egg white tends to flow down in a long "stalactite" but falls neatly into the glass after a few shakes.

Good product! suitable for egg separators

Very easy to use. Ridiculously easy to clean. Does exactly what it should. It looks like a daisy when the yolk is in the center, adding some fun to your dining experience. My teenage kids love it. I bet younger kids learning to help in the kitchen will love this too!

The price is a bit high but still beautiful enough.

The plastic is a little thinner than expected for $10. I think it's more of a $6 product. However, this is the original type of egg separator. I mean how much do you buy in your lifetime. So - I'm happy and it makes me smile in the kitchen. So this works for me. I think you will like it too.

Probably the best egg separator but the eggshell trick could still be easier to use

I got this as a gift for my mum as she loves anything that makes kitchen chores easier when she gets older. It works well, separating the yolk and white relatively quickly and leaving no white around the yolk. It also probably works better than most other egg separating tools, but I don't think any product can really beat the old trick of moving the yolk back and forth between the two halves of the shell.
