I'm clumsy and "bad" with electronics. This boy protects my tablet and that's all he does. The volume buttons are inconveniently placed.

The back of the cover is over 1 inch thick in some places which means my iPad won't fit in the two iPad holders I already have. The edges are pretty thin which means there isn't much protection where it's really needed. The section covering the power input is all rubber, no plastic cover. This makes it difficult to grab the device with one hand in landscape mode as the rubber gives way. How are you trying to keep it? Because of these issues, I returned it.

I like it to some degree. It looks good and has good protection on the back in case it falls on its back meaning the stand hasn't been sustained, broken or bumped. It has several disadvantages. Terrible quality for a Pelikan product. I have used and am familiar with Pelikan products in the military. They are expensive and considered the best in the equipment and stock protection product line. I am very disappointed in this product. Inherently flawed from board design to application. Inserting the iPad was easy. (iPad 2018). Looks good, fits well, feels good in the hand. Tablets don't have to be wafer-thin, our hands aren't flat clamps.

Overall this is a good iPad case. It's quite difficult to put an iPad in a case. The rubber bushing is easy to install. But putting a rubber grommet in a plastic case is difficult. Get ready for painful fingers. The case is well made, but not worth the specified €70. Good price at $20. The rubber next to the charging port is a little thin. Not exactly in place. I've had many iPad cases and this is my favorite so far! I work in construction, use my iPad for electronic plans and carry it with me everywhere. I have to protect it from dust, dirt and drops. I have a separate screen protector but in addition to this Pelican Voyager case it's the perfect combination for my protection needs.
