The user interface is very easy to use. I can manage all of my projects in one place without having to go back and forth between several different systems. It does take some time to get used to how the module works, but once you do it's pretty intuitive. Also, I like that I don't have to rely on someone else to input data into my modules. It allows for centralized management of all incoming requests and work orders in one place. This makes it easy to see what needs our attention most at any time in order to improve overall effectiveness. I am having issues using other aspects such as scheduling/predictive tasks, etc. There are too many features for me to pick only 1 or 2 that fit my use cases best. For now, i just stick with managing work orders from this software while keeping everything else separate through other systems…

I like that it's able to pull in my job orders from our ERP (Zuora) as well any other data we need through linked tables or using Excel formulas if needed! It helps us keep track of who has been assigned what jobs which reduces miscommunications between technicians when they're out working together at different locations around town - no more having them call eachother asking where their buddy went after he left his last location so one can fill him into an order book/job list etc..
