It allows for centralized management of all incoming requests and work orders in one place. This makes it easy to see what needs our attention most at any time in order to improve overall effectiveness. I am having issues using other aspects such as scheduling/predictive tasks, etc. There are too many features for me to pick only 1 or 2 that fit my use cases best. For now, i just stick with managing work orders from this software while keeping everything else separate through other systems. Tracking work orders so easily has given us greater visibility into where our business performance stands within each customer account. The best part about this software was that it could be used by anyone without any training or experience in data management. It's user friendly too! I think there needs to improve more features like mobile app development which can help us easily access our information from anywhere anytime if needed. We are using penguindata as an inventory tool because of its ease of use; we love how accurate their reports were compared to other tools out here such as Xactware (which also has great customer support).
