I like that it's able to pull in my job orders from our ERP (Zuora) as well any other data we need through linked tables or using Excel formulas if needed! It helps us keep track of who has been assigned what jobs which reduces miscommunications between technicians when they're out working together at different locations around town - no more having them call eachother asking where their buddy went after he left his last location so one can fill him into an order book/job list etc.. It's easy to use! Very user friendly interface that makes it very simple to learn how to navigate through all of its features. There are some minor quirks in certain areas but nothing major or anything I would say "can't live without". The program is extremely customizable as well which allows you to make your own custom workflows if needed. We've been able to reduce our time spent entering data by over 60% since we started using this software.
