No complaints, I recommend to buy.

For Pentax, making an expensive camera, even a crop for reporting, even a fast and reliable one, is not comme il faut - it is considered a budget option for users. However, the functionality is expensive, as are the chips, which are now in short supply. There is a version that it will become cheaper by 20 thousand, which still wonโ€™t make it much more accessible, but competitors wonโ€™t lose prices either, and after some time the camera will still become more popular in requests

Pros
  • Reliable metal case, moisture protection, frost resistance, convenient control, customization, many keys on the case, a touch screen with adequate control over it, a high-quality picture without color artifacts (does not turn green), the edges stretch perfectly. An excellent stabilizer on the matrix holds long exposures. Shooting control logic rethought, good ergonomics, slender body, comfortable grip, high rate of fire
Cons
  • SLR camera, fixed screen, heavy weight, high price

Another home run, not a grand slam for Pentax.

If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them. There are literally hundreds of other user reviews on this item so I won't duplicate it. It's simple: Pentax cameras are made by photographers, FOR photographers. The button layout, the tactile feel of this well-built device, the weatherproof magnesium alloy body, and most importantly, Pentax's consistently excellent image quality. That's a beast. And at the prices they are selling it's just a WHITE HOT bargain. Just order, make sure you have

Cons
  • Good, but not great

Transition from ME Super to SF10 to K100D to Kr to K3

I could write a long review about this camera, but in general I will repeat a lot of things from previous reviews. But here is my conclusion after working with this camera for about a week and taking about 500-600 shots with it in different lighting conditions and environments. I've been shooting with Pentax cameras for the last 30 years, from ME Super to SF10 to K100D and my last was Kr 2 years ago. I have to say that this K3 is a definite improvement over the Kr in the following points, theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • 1080 60p/50p/30p/24p HD video (H.264)
Cons
  • Has been damaged

Finally an alternative to the Big Two

This new enthusiast camera shows that Pentax/Ricoh is serious about staying in the DSLR market. This is a completely redesigned design replacing the already good K-5ii and K-5iis. In terms of features, power and performance, the K-3 easily competes with the Nikon D7100 and Canon 70d. But in a way it has even more to offer. Remarkably, this is the only camera in the world that can emulate the presence of an AA filter (used when moirรฉ can be a risk), but without the complete loss of detail caused

Pros
  • FLU, Eye-fi wireless and SDX card compatibility. Two SD card slots
Cons
  • Expandable
