It loses 2 stars because it is not obvious that it has a top speed of 220 Mbps. That's the maximum you can get with the simplest configuration, with no features enabled that can reduce throughput. You can easily deduce from the most well-known product information that it can go up to 1Gbps, but that's the WAN port speed for your ISP.
