I bought pink himalayan salt not realizing how big the chunks are and can't be crushed in any way. So I found this wonderful little grinder that grinds salt quickly. Simply put beans in the box, screw on the lid and grind. This gives a fine grind that can't be adjusted, but since I only use it for salt and not spice or pepper, this works for me. Plus, rotating is easy on my hands and wrist, which is important to me with arthritis. Buy with confidence.

This pepper mill sucks. It took me a few minutes to fill up a portion no matter which mode was on. The parts inside are plastic, not metal. It just doesn't work and it really should be taken off the market, not sold without a refund, even if it sucks. They know it sucks so they have a NO REFUND POLICY. I decided to pay $40 for something that actually works. I usually try to give away things I don't use. That's what a landfill is for.

I don't normally write reviews of Revain products but this product broke less than 7 days after I received it. As you can see from the picture the glass is cheaply made and broken right where it screws into the pepper mill. I tried to make sure it was screwed in properly before using it tonight and it broke. Once I managed to use this meat grinder. Ideally, I would like to use such a product many more times before it breaks. Just an awful experience. I might as well throw my money in the trash…
