Product was very simple, took about 20 minutes to install. Looks beautiful in my kitchen. The woman loves him more than anything. However, without an actual email address or phone number, it is difficult to contact hose fitting leaking products and contact customer service. That's why I'm writing this review, I hope it will help my situation and yours. @peppermint please help.

This faucet is junk. I am so disappointed. I ordered one which broke upon unpacking where the pop up sprayer meets the faucet neck. I ordered a new one thinking it was just a fluke - no problem! I unpacked a new one and found it was broken in the same spot. My husband also mentioned that it broke somewhere else, but I was so angry that I didn't look: it completely stopped our project. Such a crap! Do not order this sink faucet.

I've had this faucet for almost a year now and now it splashes water under my sink every time I turn it on. Water lines going into the faucet assembly do not flow well into the assembly. Can't replace her. UPDATE: After I wrote my review, the company contacted me and offered a full refund. It was pretty cool of them. Very happy with this purchase! I was skeptical of some of the reviews but ours hasn't leaked and works great. It's technically easy to install, but the instructions are a bit confusing. I recommend putting the "screw" that tightens it to the sink on anything before screwing on the hoses, otherwise it won't fit. That was our biggest problem haha. I would also put it a little closer to the sink because it splatters a bit on my desk but the spray is great and I love it! I recommend and buy again!

The only negative I can say about this faucet is that the black coating has chipped after 4 months of installation. Unfortunately, that means I'll be replacing the faucet. On the plus side, this is a compact faucet with a very sleek look. I love the black color and the fact that this faucet has a modern look without being too big. Water flow is excellent and can be adjusted leaving the screens inside or outside. It cleans well after use. Unfortunately, that doesn't matter at the moment.

We bought this to replace a piece of Peerless faucet crap. It installs very quickly with virtually no tools. Would have installed even quicker if the instructions were clear or in order. Basically, all you need is common sense. We had most of the large parts already assembled, so all I had to do was reattach them, thread the hoses through the large o-ring at the bottom, and then reconnect the hoses.
