The memory foam core was the only thing I liked about this pillow; I couldn't wash the cover in the car because it's lined with loose fiberfill on one side, which can easily get lost. It also smelled pretty strong. This one has everything the other didn't have. No filler, machine washable, removable cover. The right coverage without a strong smell.
