I used various fasteners to get into my wall but fasteners were supplied that someone could use. I just preferred to use Tapcon mounting screws. This is a solid mount for my 55 inch TV.

Works great. I love how sturdy it is for my 50 inch Visio TV. Please remember to look at the rivets to make sure they fit you. I had to make a few adjustments to the placement as I was unable to securely attach the bracket to the wall studs. I like the ability to move the TV so it can be seen from anywhere in the room. The packaging was also very good, nothing was scratched in the box. It's hard, but worth it. Will definitely buy again if needed.

This mount is rock solid and actually overkill for a 50 inch monitor. I think it can easily handle a 65 inch TV.
