Uncomfortable bracket

Bracket not suitable for 32 inch TV. The kit did not include the small screws required for 32" flat panel displays. Since the frame consists of two parts, the TV cannot be installed where the two parts are attached. I had to modify the frame and buy the right bolts to make it work. It would be much better if the frame wasn't two-piece. I would only buy it again if the position of the wall studs allows it to work. It may be impossible to use in some cases if you are not practical.

Easy install and good quality

I was afraid it would be unreliable. No, that is not so. I have a 34 inch TV and installed it in about fifteen minutes. The profile is very low, but spacers are included with the bracket. These spacers allow you to adjust the distance from the wall to accommodate cables and plugs. I don't have a recessed dowel box so having them in the kit was really great. Highly recommended. FYI I didn't use the drywall screws that came with it. Instead, I used self-drilling drywall anchors with washers. Itโ€ฆ

Screws too long for TV and video

I LOVE this TV wall mount! The quality is excellent, it's quite thick, has very simple instructions and comes with a bubble level. BUT, the studs that go into the wall (drywall in studs) are MUCH longer than my drill bit! So the studs aren't completely flush with the wall - they stick out about 1.5 inches. I am not happy with this and will remove and redo when I have shorter screws. My TV is so far back. on the stud since I could slide it so it's only 3/4" from the wall. I'm not worried aboutโ€ฆ

Fastening with missing bolt.

The product fully corresponds to the description with the exact dimensions. The box construction makes it very torsionally rigid, which is what I needed. My basement drywall was installed (by the previous owner) with a missing stud in the middle of a 48" wide sheet of drywall. So I installed the mount directly to a stud with the two screws that came with it. This provides support for the load near the Center of mass. I also used two plastic lever screws on one end of the mount to aid inโ€ฆ

The hardware is NOT included on smaller TVs and there is no way to lock it when moving it from side to side.

When a vendor decides to sell a product for a wide range of applications, they need to ensure their product includes the hardware to support that support. When trying to use this mount for a 32" TV, none of the screws that came with it worked with the TV. Luckily I had screws and plenty of washers that worked, otherwise plan a trip to the hardware store if either size screw doesn't work for you, or choose a different brand. I got this at a lightning deal, so it basically makes up for theโ€ฆ
