Should roughen the surface

I probably shouldn't have rated it so badly. It's probably a good product. The application I used it for failed to sand a surface and here it failed. However, I believe that if used as intended, it will be a great product.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Big and bulky

for polymer artists sublime

I needed an epoxy for low temperature baking polymer clay. Use it for interior design. I managed to attach my metal frame securely so I could bake my sculpture at low temperature without destroying it inside. A new tool in my arsenal. Hats off.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Easy maintainability

High temp epoxy Not dishwasher safe

I wanted to fix a broken pet bowl. It worked but didn't hold up in the dishwasher. The lid is not tight enough to be used. After the first use, I have to stow the syringe plunger down, which is awkward.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

Won't work on ceramic teapot lids

I bought this high temp epoxy to fix a cracked ceramic teapot lid. Of course, the temperature of the kettle should not exceed 212 degrees Fahrenheit. After letting the epoxy dry for 48 hours, I tried the kettle. The glue softened after 15 minutes and the burning kettle fell apart.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Something's wrong

Pretty good; but not waterproof

working time about 10 min after an hour hard to touch. glued some steel nuts on a steel rod, waited 24 hours and did a heat test. The glue started browning at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, the nuts came loose at about 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I suspect this is due to different degrees of thermal expansion. Put the hardened glue in water overnight, it will dissolve completely.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • almost everything included

Very short run time and water destroyed

I was happy to find a high temp epoxy to glue some of the stones to my fire. It worked once I figured out the business hours. The package says 10 minutes. It is not true. At 65 degrees it sets in 2-3 minutes. All you have time is to mix it up quickly and apply it right away. Also keep in mind that whatever is left in the mixing bowl will get very hot. I think they added too much hardener. It seems to work well if you're quick enough, but I haven't had a chance to make sure it can handle the…

Pros
  • delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Crumpled
