The stocking was made of inferior fabric, angel applique poorly sewn on and the material used for the "Hair" would scare a small child!The return was accepted by the seller on the same day requested (two days after delivery).The seller advised that there was a 20% restocking fee (not advised in return policy) and they also advised that that the item had to be returned by FEDEX, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.The cheapest fee to return the item would cost $7.50.I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMENT…

I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong font on my newest daughter's stocking. It did not match the others. I contacted Dibsies and they told me.how to fix the mistake, refunded me my money and had me reorder a new one with the correct font to match the rest. They were extremely quick at responding and I was very pleased with how helpful they were. Would highly recommend for these reasons!

Super cute, my son loved it! The fabric is on the thinner side, but it held up extremely well and looks like it will for years to come.

I like the size and the embroidery is as expected, but it's not of a quality I was hoping for. I know, I know, it wasn't an expensive item, but still--it feels flimsy. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They weren’t sturdy and they were costly but I liked them and they looked good hanging among the other smaller stockings. Probably worth it should you elect to order however the questions they ask here are irrelevant

This personalized stocking is absolutely wonderful! It's made well and the stocking quality is A+My daughter- in-law loved her new stocking when she saw it hanging on the mantle!Delivery time was excellent, especially since it was customized.Very pleased with this purchase!
