Two current paths for reliability and redundancy -Primary path: Spiral wound stainless steel alloy -Secondary path: Carbon impregnated fiberglass center core. Low 500 ohm per foot resistance. 8mm Silicone jacket to resist high temperatures, moisture, oil and chemicals. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Methylene) inner insulation for superior heat resistance and prevention of arcing and voltage leaks. Fiberglass reinforcing braid for added strength and flexibility.

Good wire set in ignition parts

Good wire set although I had to order a 90 degree set instead of straight boots for a 1972 Pontiac LeMans. Hopefully it will work tomorrow after I finish my Pertronix HEI setup.

Strong cable set! I redid the whole ignition.

Rugged cordset! I converted my entire ignition system to electronic and they completed the assembly to ensure proper hot spark. I use this with her switch to an electronic distributor and her 40k coil. WHAT a difference! My car never hesitates when I step on the gas!

Custom Wires for 1972 Mustang

Once you have made your first custom wire the rest is fairly easy to make. However, my mistake is using a straight boot. It was so tight on the spark plug insulator that I couldn't tell if I had it all the way in. The next set I make will probably use a 90° boot so I can put my thumb on it and feel the click.
