Very good platform for customer loyalty and point of sales

It's very easy to use as it has all features I need such as reward points tracking or even better as cash back etc! Easy system integration with social media platforms like Facebook so customers can easily share their rewards in these channels too (not only via email). No major dislike really but some minor things here & there which are not important enough to mention though they were small issues while using this software - e.g., sometimes when you create an offer from your dashboard some time

  • The system easy to use, ability to manage all your offers easily with just a few clicks and ability to easily integrate with social media platforms
Cons
  • Nothing to dislike here at the moment as it's very reliable system

Best Customizable Platform for Behavioral Targeting

The best thing about perX is its customization options! You can use your own data or you have access to all kinds of third party datasets (Facebook likes/dislikes etc.). I really like this because it makes my work easier when developing new features in our eCommerce website - customers are more likely satisfied with personalization than if they would receive generic content from us every time we send them an email newsletter / news letter via their preferred channel such as Facebook Messenger…

  • It’s easy for me now, without having deep knowledge how do ML works.
  • Very good integrations available
  • A lot possibilities what kind things could done so far :)
Cons
  • Maybe better documentation
  • Some limitations regarding technical background needed
