At first I was very satisfied with this product. It was a strong base. But after 2 days the parts that form the dome broke. The item has not even been used. At the moment we only use the lower bed.

I don't know if it's due to mild arthritis in my 37 year old hands, but this is the hardest part to put together. The bars do not fit together properly or tightly and will weaken over time.

Received my k&H Pet Cot House last night. Bought in Revan. Item arrived with canvas bottom and top only. It was missing 4 crib rails and poles holding the blue canvas up. Basically I only got 2 pieces of the glass. Came back to Revain today. Very disappointed, Revane sent an item with half the pieces missing.

We have a neighbor's cat that hangs around in our yard a few days in a row. We don't know why, but she seems to pop up from time to time just to find some rest and relaxation. Size description varies greatly. My dog couldn't even turn around in the house and could barely get in. He's not that big. BUT. The bed is fantastic. so many that although I returned the small one, I still bought another medium one elsewhere. According to the description I needed a small one. Not even close.
