Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

I installed this for two dogs. It worked for one dog at first, but not for the other. I made some adjustments and then worked once for both. Reloaded and made sure the pins were close enough to the neck but not sure if it works. What works is that intelligent dogs know that once the collar is on, it's time to shut up. Maybe they just needed a shock?

Best Investment for Dogs

I love these items for our dogs, this is my second set as we travel a lot. The battery usually lasts for several weeks and charges quickly. We live in a HOA and cannot bark at all. They trained our dogs immediately. If they start barking and we attract them, they stop their behavior immediately. Great if you have to leave them unattended. The setup is so easy and they require a lot of wear and tear.

Great anti-bark collar to keep your dogs calm and alone

I love this product but I never know when the postman will come now. My two poodles no longer bark at anyone who comes to the door. They match the bark collars very well, I had to set them on the lowest setting due to their size, but after only 2 days of use they now just lie quietly on the couch when we have company. This is a great discovery for me when I need to put my granddaughter to bed before the mail arrives and they don't wake her up barking.

Cool product, bad company

Really cool product, works really well so I ordered a second set. I like that there are no rubber tabs to fall off the collar. I wish I could buy a different charging cable. but everything and very good product. updated I was told to give a 5x rating to get a replacement charger as 2 out of 4 didn't work. I didn't get anything, another fun fact is that if the clasp on the collar breaks you will have serious problems as the standard replacement collars don't fit and they don't sell any…
