Better Nighttime Safety

When I tried this automotive switch for lighting up my porch, I was impressed. It came in handy when I needed to take my dog out in the evening, as it provided sufficient lighting for an otherwise dark entryway. The switch is easy to install and use, and it's convenient to have everything in one spot. The only downside is that it doesn't come with its own lighting fixtures.

Pros
  • Easy to install and provides sufficient lighting for nighttime safety.
Cons
  • Doesn't come with lighting fixtures.

Exact replacement for a 2002 Layton porch light

I washed our camper and the lens fell out of the light. The previous owners must have broken the lens and "fixed" it with silicone. The base had a small crack and the bulb socket also started to rust. The old lamp had no mark. I had to measure an old lantern and found that the measurements are exactly the same as this one. Pros
  • Manufactured by Peterson
Cons
  • Very expensive
