Seriously?! The first one I ordered broke down within the first 24 hours. I sent it back for a replacement. I just unpacked the replacement unit and it has this damage. I'm frustrated Update: It crashed. My dog is about 20 pounds and one side of the stand just ripped off. Particle board is soft, flaky and crap. this thing sucks

I'm not so happy that I have to shop online now because I'm not good at it. Just a warning to everyone else, these steps are held together with tiny screws you can find in goggles and once they come out they are beyond repair. DO NOT buy these China made ladders and that is the quality we expect from their products.

Steps are broken. 2 cats were playing, 1 cat on the stairs (11 pounds) and 1 cat under the stairs, the stairs toppled onto the floor with the mat and padding and broke. I do NOT recommend this product. If it breaks so easily, could you imagine your pet sitting on it and breaking it? Carrying capacity says 80lbs. NOT even close to that weight limit! GARBAGE! To stay updated! I bought it at the end of February, now it's ONLY May, but it's already broken.

Looks sturdy, can't wait for dogs to use but arrived damaged. Judging by the photos, the item was returned and resold. The paper with the broken pieces of wood was already attached to the paper as shown in the picture. I bought a new item, not a damaged one. 13.11. Received a replacement, item damaged again on the corner. Get a refund☹ I'm giving up. Check out the last 2 photos.

This item is a waste of money and time even to unpack. I received it. Unpacked and brought home from work. My puppy tried to climb on it for the first time and the leg rest broke. The puppy weighs 44 pounds. so it was far from what he said he would keep. Don't waste your time with this garbage! He was in the trash can in less than ten minutes. Can you get less than one star. If so, then I'll give it to him.

Received this product today and set it up easily. It comes fully assembled and looks great. My dog (50 pounds) is fine with it. It took about an hour to set up and went up and down several times. As he climbed onto the sofa, he suddenly collapsed under it! The support legs were ripped completely off their hinges and one of the crossbars was completely ripped off. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! I am very glad that my dog was not injured when he fell!

I have an aging Jack Russell. He is stubborn and forced to stand on a chair himself. Since I have a place to stay, I needed an extra set this summer. I tried this from Revain, what a huge waste. The stairs themselves are fine, MDF, carpeting, nice, but the folding legs are ridiculous. I shifted it a bit and one of them just broke in two. The joints are glued, the fittings (hinges) are not much better than the foil. I never write reviews but I am concerned that pets may get hurt.
