The door of this cage is easy to open for a dog who wants to get out. The door is also inferior metal. The locking mechanism is not at the right height, as said, the door opens very easily for the dog to run away.

My dog has been ripped out of all the cages we've given him (he has separation anxiety due to his previous owners), we bought this cage and it works AMAZING: my dog can't get out of it and he really LOVES it , to go there. Definitely the best cage I could hope for my dog ❤️

Don't waste your time. The kennel would probably be decent if they bothered to send a door or screws to hold the top and bottom of the case together. Send back immediately. I will find what I need elsewhere. Tired of quality issues when ordering from Revain.

The drawer itself is very detailed and easy to assemble. Spring-loaded door latches failed within a month. At first I thought they weren't set deep enough, but they kept falling out and the springs were misaligned. Now I have to plug them in as the return window has expired.

This is our Labrador Retriever travel kennel. Fits perfectly in the back of my CRV and I don't have to lower the seats. It stays closed and latched better than my wire box. It's not hard for me to carry. She is perfectly preserved in use, she even stayed with her in the kennel and still looks like new.

Not very strong kennel. My 14 year old Australian Shepherd did it overnight by chewing through the vents. Not very durable at all. Imagine waking up to find a cage covered in blood and a volleyball-sized hole chewed through the plastic. I had to free him. We had it for a little over a month when we had to throw it away. A complete waste of money.

Less than a year later the door latch broke for no good reason. When we received the kennel, we did not receive any warranty information or product information packs with the kennel. Now I have to find another door for the kennel. This is our second kennel from this breeder and we had no problems with the first. But now we're done with that. Beware of a broken latch.

I bought 3 of these boxes, 2 arrived in perfect condition and work great but one was broken, I returned it and the replacement came with no door, I know it was a previous one Return was There was dog hair on the sticker above. Hold on folks, this is how you lose customers. If you sell products make sure your manufacturer is up to date and your packaging sucks which is why the first broken packaging came.
