My dog goes up and down those steps to the bed like a champ. She comes up and down easily without jumping. Gentle on aging joints

Covers are much smaller than steps for which replacement traction covers were ordered. It is also almost impossible to remove the protective layer. It is a pity.

Love that there are replacements because the ladder lasts so long it's nice to be able to just replace these pads and the ladder will last a lot longer

The carpet on the stairs was too slippery so I had to buy an anti-slip mat. Must come with the item as the manufacturer knows this is the problem and will sell a replacement. The stair angle is too steep and the steps too flat for my Yorkie. He's learned to go up, but he can't go down. Wouldn't buy. Would have returned if I hadn't removed the original carpet on the stairs with a "non-slip" replacement.
