This item went well with my exercise regimen. Now, after only 4 months, the collar no longer charges. I've tried different plugs, different chargers and followed the troubleshooting suggestions. Nothing. I would like to return the product, but it took too long. All of this happens in the middle of training a difficult dog. Very disappointed with this training collar.

Mine worked great for about a year and then at some point the locking feature stopped working. I rarely use it unless my dog is running towards the street. If you don't use this feature, you should be fine. Most of the time I just use the sound function and it works over quite a distance. I would recommend this product to those who don't use the zapper part. I think this is a good deal for the money.

We've had ALL branded eco collars but this is the best we've had. The battery lasts for days, you can take it off, leave it near the door and turn it back on when you go for a walk without worrying about dying. We can charge it once every two weeks. The horn function, which is the main function we use, is loud before disturbing our mastiff, but this horn gets his attention, which is perfect.

Excellent coach. We use it on our overly rowdy 3 year old collie mix. I bought it because I liked that it has different settings and I also like that it is not automatic but controlled by the owner with a remote control. We have never used a shock as the vibrate mode is great for controlling our pup's behavior when he is getting out of control or going wild. The vibration is enough to disrupt and stop bad behavior by being gentle (it's like a phone vibrating). I highly recommend this item.

Im impressed with this collar. I've only had it for about a week and I've used it on my German Shorthaired Pointer every day when we were cycling around the area. The most amazing dog training device I have ever used. I introduced this collar to my 2.5 year old Labrador. After 2 days I could not only lead my dog off the leash if I wanted to. I had high hopes that this would help me train my Rottweiler Doberman plus size puppy.
