collar doesn't seem to work, i know it has a loop but it beeps when my dog is more than 15ft from the wire. She is now afraid to leave the house, he even passed out while she was inside.

It works great for our 80 lb lab. However, we didn't turn off the transmitter when the storm came and it was fried. We ordered a replacement transmitter and it didn't turn on when we received it. We sent it back and ordered another one which also didn't turn on when we plugged it in. We checked the outlet and it works.
