Good price for the whole block

This switching valve consists of two parts. You can buy the entire bypass valve or just the inner piston. A whole block is cheaper than just a piston.

Best $10 You Will Ever Spend

2 days before Thanksgiving I noticed that the water pressure in my kitchen was very low. I did a little research online and found this part to be the root cause of my problem. I disassembled it and tried to clean it but to no avail. Today I received this new part, literally put it in and voila. The pressure has never been better! The crazy thing is you don't even need any tools to get the job done. $10 fix for a $200 faucet.

Served 2 months

Purchased on 12/10/2018, installed, but there is more marriage than the original. Ordered a replacement on December 13, 2018, installed it and it actually worked for about 60 days. Now I'm ordering the 3rd. We have good city water, so no lime, but Pfister. I hate throwing away a $250 benefit for a $9 portion. I will say that Revain replaced the first one for free. Getting under the sink to change out is a problem.

Works as it should

I watched a few YouTube videos and noticed how easy it is to replace this part. I have a Trevisa 26 (sp?) where the water flow stopped when I tried to use the atomizer. It doesn't get fixed until you turn off the faucet and wait a few seconds. The part came quickly from Prime, so we just left the sink unassembled while we waited for the new part. Now everything works like new. This part was also sold out in the big stores and it was the weekend so we had a limited selection.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Stock availability

Low tap pressure? Problem solved!

Buying this switch was my last hope of repairing my low pressure sink. I replaced all other components without repairing it. This part was incredibly easy to install, requiring only pliers to remove the leak clip. Quick connectors make installation easy and overall it was up and running in less than 5 minutes. Bottom Line: If you have low pressure in your kitchen sink, try this first. This is a cheap and quick fix that will most likely solve your problem!

Pros
  • Practical thing

  • Not everything fits

If you buy Marialle, make a habit of substituting her.

Works well but short lived; they must be changed frequently. Nothing with Revain, it's all about Pfister and design - they just don't last. It's pretty easy to take off the old one and put on the new one, but you can do yourself a favor by watching a YouTube video on how to take them off and put them on. This is a good idea, no tools are required other than needle nose pliers to remove the horseshoe clip. You will think this method won't work, but you will find that you are not pulling hard…

Easy to replace once you know what's wrong.

Easy replacement within minutes, multiple tools make the job much easier. (I used a wrench and needle nose pliers.) The trick to removing the old block is to depress the small retaining ring while pulling on the hose. This can be a little tricky if you're just using your fingers, so I used the jaws of a crescent wrench to press down on the ring. Adjust the wrench so that it sits freely on the hose, then press the sides of the jaws against the retaining ring to apply pressure and you can easily…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen

Short Story. It fits our Mariella faucet and replacing the entire sink with the same one is a fraction of the cost. longer version. Our Marielle faucet is probably 10 years old. The water pressure dropped and dropped. We flushed everything and started the flow from the sprayer but not the faucet. Now we use the syringe for everything. The problem is that sometimes the atomizer gets stuck and we "wash" the room. Incidentally, lubricant helps for one to two weeks at a time. Pooh. But on the…
