Too many changes! in kitchen & bathroom

At the end of 2015 I bought a new Invigorated Living water jug with filter. Although I was initially concerned about the pH increase, the product later seemed to increase the pH. When I bought the next set of filters the fit was much tighter and at one point I squeezed too hard and tore in the spout area. Some things can be fixed with some glue. I recently bought a new PH001 filter kit from the company themselves, same number for the jug model and they don't fit at all. There is no longer that…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I have the ones that came with the system with a silicone ring as pictured. That was great. They do NOT have a silicone seal. It's terrible. It's just smooth plastic that sits in a hole and slowly lets unfiltered water into the filtered part. I can't even get the silicone gasket off the old ones to put them in because there's no slot for it. At first I only saw a few drops during installation, so I thought everything would be fine. Now I notice a steady stream of unfiltered water entering the…

Pros

If we follow the instructions and a little, we get excellent water

Where we live, the water is hard (and not very tasty). As for the benefits of this water and its effects, we've relied on reviews here and elsewhere, done a little research, and therefore have a degree of faith in it. Now to the other aspects: When I first changed the water filter, I didn't look closely at the instructions and was therefore surprised at how dark gray it was even after several full jugs of water had been spilled. I just changed it like I did with another brand of filter pitcher…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
