The power supply comes out on the side of the case.

This case seems to have been built around a design where the power supply comes out the side instead of going into your case or the bottom like all other cases. The power supply is installed on the side, which means that the area that hides the power supply takes up a little more height. The body has become a little higher for this. As all the YouTube videos show, this is a water cooler's dream. I'm not a water cooler though, I just bought 12 color changing fans and they work great, cool great,

Pros
  • understandable even for the old ones
Cons
  • No automatic

I've been eyeing this case since it was announced at CES in January. Finally got one and did my install. This is probably the best case I've built to date and I see it surviving at least a few builds over the next few years. The design allows for a variety of cooling and system mounting options. There are just a couple of points I'm not entirely happy with. Some of the sheet metal feels a bit flimsy, but I may have gotten used to the Coolermaster's case-like looks. The back wall only seemed…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Probably the best case I've ever had.

Since 1997 I have been building computers for myself and others. I have owned and assembled many, many consumer and commercial cases. Some were better than others. Some of them were outstanding while others I threw out the windows. (yes, I had a dubious pleasure) There have been some amazingly good computer products on the market in the last ten years, and cases are indeed the case. Some of my favorites were from Lian Li, Coolermaster, Corsair, Antec, Supermicro and a few others whose names I…

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • A few little things

First let me start by acknowledging Phanteks and their amazing support for what they truly stand for; I had an issue with the internal LED strip (a thin strip that goes through the power supply cover) and when I contacted them, they immediately agreed to work with me and get a free replacement for what was a proprietary part could be. More on that later. The front of the case looks amazing and wonderful. The tempered glass is solid and showed no flaws when received, and the stylish interior is…
