Phanteks Premium Sleeved Extension PH CB4P_BK Review

I've had no problems with the Phanteks M/B Premium 24-Pin 19.68" Sleeve Red (PH-CB24P_RD) Extension Cable. At 19.69" in length, it's slightly longer than most 24 -pin extension cord. for PC. Perfect cable routing I'm not too concerned about as long as it doesn't interfere with air cooling. Cables work fine. I had a big fat 1000w PSU that was blocking a lot of cable access points. So I bought a Phanteks kit which included a 24 pin motherboard, 2 8 pin GPUs and an 8 pin CPU extension(s). However, my motherboard (MSI X99 chipset) uses both 8 pins and an additional 4 pin to power the CPU. I ordered this 8 pin extension cord and it fits the full set.

This is a really nice and easy to learn 24 pin extension cable. The individual cables are of good thickness. It comes with 1 cable comb. I used 2 supplements that I had to keep to keep it looking good. I highly recommend it.

The cable is defective because it does not work. Use a power supply tester and verify that all but one of the 5v leads are not passing current through them

. Finally bought to replace a broken cable! This cable worked perfectly! I'm very glad there weren't any random charging issues. Also, the gasket that came with the cable was a very nice touch and really helped tidy up the look.
