I replaced a set of 3 year old Sylvania Xtravision bulbs with these Philips Xtremevision bulbs. It is slightly lighter which means they are definitely not 100% lighter than the advertised products. Xtravision claims they are 30% brighter than OEM bulbs. My rough estimate is that the Xtravision bulbs are 10-15% brighter than the stock bulbs and these Xtremevision bulbs are 20-30% brighter than the stock bulbs with minor distance improvements.
