Pros: I love the cleanliness of the Sonicare and how it feels. Cons: They should last longer for the price. A month of bristles falling out is unacceptable when they announce 90 days. I've been using this brush for a while now and usually the brushes last much longer than a month but they aren't permanent. By price? They should all be the same!

Stubble came out in the mouth after 5 days of use. I have bought Phillips Sonicare toothbrushes since they first came out and have never had any problems with brush heads before this product was introduced. Very disappointed with this purchase and I'm wondering if this is actually a Phillips product.

To be honest I can't even give them one star because as always they are fake. The photo shows the real nozzle next to the fake product I just bought. Note that the Philips Sonicare label has been moved. Very bad quality. The brush head (genuine above, fake below) is also clearly fake. I want to return the money!
