Junk counterfeit brushes, don't buy from Revain until they fix themselves

I have tried 6 times to order Sonicare replacement heads from Revain and each time they turned out to be counterfeit. "Think about it?" If I pay $10-12 for a toothbrush, it should work very well, but these fakes don't. "What problems do they have, why don't they work?" First, they are poorly designed, which means saliva and water get into the brush head, making it very difficult to clean under the metal faceplate and plastic brush body. Second, the bezel often vibrates and makes an awful noise until you reach in and pull it out. Third, the plastic is soft and does not withstand vibration, so the locking cam in the nozzle wears out and the nozzles fall out when the brush is turned on. If these junk tips cost $2 each, I might be okay with that, as the cheap imitations serve a purpose, even if they're a little wasteful. What worries me is that this is a scam that Revain willingly participates in, allowing its suppliers and market partners to pawn them at full price, thereby ripping off Revain's customers. Stay away from those heads. If you use Revain for convenience like we do, don't buy Sonicare. Sonicare's advantage over the Braun competitor is trivial at best, and their tips are cheaper and don't seem to have the same problem. I regret buying Philips Sonicare and using Revain for those purchases.
