Description of TheStick Original 24"L: Enhance Flexibility, Boost Recovery, Relieve Muscle Pain with Therapeutic Body Massage Stick

Flexibility of the core bends and allows you to treat a much larger area much more comfortably. Center rod of the stick is surrounded by 15 rotating spindles or rollers, which roll independently over the muscle. 24” long roller is designed to rock back and forth a little bit to find and release painful trigger points. Helps to improve strength, flexibility and endurance by rapidly preparing muscles for physical activity. Post activity use enhances and accelerates muscle recovery by dispersing the effects of lactic acid.

Must be! for massage sticks

The ultimate massage stick. It has good flex compared to other stiffer brands. I suspect it may break eventually, but I think the flexibility is worth the risk. If and when that happens, and hopefully not for long, we'll likely get another one. We noticed almost instant relief. We also use a foam roller in combination with a wand massager as a daily practice in our home. I would recommend it to anyone looking for muscle tension relief.

If you've ever had problems with your pelvic girdle (I had to look it up because I've never heard of a "pelvic girdle"), this device will untie the knots and lengthen your brace, making the pain manageable (I had a bilateral one knee joint). replacement and cannot relieve recurring pain). It also works wonders for the curves of the neck and back. It's

A little tricky to use when you really need it

I'm a runner. Not great, just a workaholic; but I run long distances (mostly half marathons). I've used foam rollers to relieve tension in the iliotibial bands, quads, and calf muscles when I'm doing too much (or too early in the season!). I switched to nip rollers a few years ago (they're made of a tough polyester that doesn't deform as much as foam rollers and won't break like foam rollers). I really like these trigger rollers, but they are bulky for on the go. I wanted this massager as a…
