I mounted this on the wall in my garage. It's a few feet from the door and I immediately notice that the bottle starts tilting every few days. You need to put it back in the holder to keep it from falling. You need to make a strap to hold it in place. Once again you get what you pay for! I bought this for my husband to use in the garage (he's a mechanic) after a trip to the ER to get metal shavings out of his eye. Although this product would most likely not be able to remove metal shavings (caused by using a spoked wheel without goggles) we both agreed that it would be a good idea to have something on hand for future "eye problems". .
