I like that it is easy to use, can be used with many different software packages (such as MES/PMS). It also has some nice features such as being able to save multiple views of your data for later reference or editing if needed. The user interface is simple, very easy to use even for beginners like me with no previous experience of using flow logs viewer software as such! I don't have any major dislikes about this tool so far - it works well in all aspects that i've tested out (using test files from different sources). It's pretty cheap too at $40 which isn’t bad considering how much you can get into your hands if purchased separately.
