Picture Rail Hanging System Adjustable Review

Lots of reviews said the art would fall off etc. I almost didn't buy these hangers. However, they are strong enough. And it is easy to tighten by hand, screwdriver or pliers. Maybe the product has changed, or maybe you shouldn't hang heavy, expensive things on it? All I can say is that it's great for my cheap/regular frames.

The lines are too smooth. Even with hand tools, the hooks cannot be fixed securely enough. In the end, they slip even with a small load. your art falls. Note: The person who hung my collection with me is a graduate of the University of California Fine Arts program and has extensive professional gallery experience. Absolute rubbish.

Unfortunately this kit did not work on its own and had to be supplemented with regular wire. The invisible plastic wire slipped off by itself no matter how I attached the screws, so I ended up wrapping it in regular wire to prevent the pictures from falling to the floor. I should have listened to the previous reviewer. The white hooks blend seamlessly with the wall, but can be purchased separately for around $5. More likely plagiarism if there isn't a trick that wasn't in the instructions.
