I was so happy to get this for my son. However, it was a big disappointment. He had no instructions for setting up or taking down. The way the parts were attached was odd. They do have places to tie, but it seems difficult if you have to take it apart and a pain if you plan on putting it back on after each use. I am so disappointed with this product. I spent a day and all the ground supports (to keep the playset from flying away) were already torn to pieces. One of the ground supports was damaged upon arrival. Also, the plugs are falling apart. The material is very thin. I am returning my set for a full refund. My kids are so happy to have a "playground" at home, especially during the pandemic! We love how it breaks down and can be stored to save space, but figuring out how to fold some pieces small enough to fit back into a bag is harder. I would have liked to see stronger forced ties to tie the pieces together as we had a tie breaker during play for the first few days. My 9 month old son loves to crawl through but I'm not a big fan. At first I liked the idea of making a nice clean ball court with tunnels for my little crawler to have. It was very affordable and fun so I bought it. Please note this does not come with balls. I bought 400 balls that barely fill the hole. All tunnels and the ball pit are collapsible for easy storage. This isn't a very expensive playset, so most of my annoyances are probably just too much to expect. Our daughter is only 15 months old and has done almost nothing but crawl through tunnels and scale the walls of ball pits, so the abuse has been minimal. I haven't noticed any damaged parts yet, but I suspect they will show up once she starts playing a little rougher.
