Robust and functional

Of course you can use a plug, but this product is much better. Baking a par pizza with this docking one eliminated the rise in the oven. It's easier, faster and way better than a fork. A small roller allows you to roll out the crust in a deep shape when the dough is firm and you don't want to wait. Good product and worth buying

Suitable for pizza dough.

I don't know how to stretch (or flip) pizza dough with my hands, so it works fine. Sprinkle with flour to keep it from sticking. The roller serves its purpose. First time with Docker. I think this works as it should. This will prevent the dough from rising unevenly. Sometimes I just use rollers in batches. Rinse clean, also place in the top rack of the dishwasher. I recommend.

Great set of 2! Now you can bake pizza twice as fast!

Originally I was just looking for a pizza stand, but I found this plastic set of two rollers and a pusher. I prefer the plastic over the wooden one because we put everything in the dishwasher. With these 2 discs I can make a pizza in half the time compared to rolling by hand and docking with a fork. Great set, will buy again!

Not very suitable for docking the test.

While they should be good for docking dough, I didn't like how the dough stuck to the docker and got dragged around a bit. Very frustrating. Then I tried smoothing something with a roller and that's not very effective either. I always give away new instruments a few times, but after the third time I throw them away. I'll stick to my wooden roller and fork!
