Suitable for pizza dough.

I don't know how to stretch (or flip) pizza dough with my hands, so it works fine. Sprinkle with flour to keep it from sticking. The roller serves its purpose. First time with Docker. I think this works as it should. This will prevent the dough from rising unevenly. Sometimes I just use rollers in batches. Rinse clean, also place in the top rack of the dishwasher. I recommend.
