But again the sizing chart isn't accurate, at least not for my little dog who was just in the middle of a size small, but the size small fit like a crop top and barely covered half of her back. I like that I don't have to wear a harness on a Yorkie before a walk. The metal loop on the sweater works great and is as light as the fabric. The sweater is soft, warm and light. My Yorkie is only three pounds so a heavy sweater doesn't suit her. She loves her new sweater.

These sweaters are perfect for my girlfriend. Out of the box they were very thin, but after washing and drying they became thicker. Perfect for California winters. As others have said they don't stretch but the only problem I have is trying to take them off, it's a little difficult but not that bad. For reference, she weighs 12-13 pounds and they fit perfectly.

Order one size up. I ordered a large and my dogs usually wear medium, but the leg openings are wide for small dogs, even medium. My chihuahuas weigh 12 pounds.
