PIECES XFITTING PEX BRASS VALVE: Durable and Versatile Plumbing Solution Review

I was able to get them here through Revain for a lot less than local Lowes. I installed them under the sink in the bathroom and kitchen as they are out of stock and much better quality than the ridiculously overpriced chrome ones. I like the fact that they are color coded as it makes it much easier for those unfamiliar with plumbing to close the correct valve when needed.

I was almost done replacing all the gray tubing in my trailer with PEX and I wanted quality shutoffs on every unit. Man I'm glad I went with them. It's just not possible to replace a brass check valve and I've used many others over the years to save money on my latest project. Just touching one of these and turning the valve will tell you it's a quality part. I like these valves. They work. But... I bought 10 of these because at first I thought I was going to use them to replace the old check valves under the sink, they aren't perfect as it turns out. For this reason, and for ease of connection and disconnection, I prefer quick release valves. These pinch valves come in handy when you need to seal off the section they are installed in.
